1. Chop garlic finely. Chop red chilli finely. Saute with olive oil over low heat til golden but not burnt.

2. Lightly fry chicken slices in garlic and pepper til golden.

3. Add cooked pasta to the garlic & chilli mixture. Add chopped Italian parsley & chicken. Toss & mix.

1. Saute garlic + shallots + chillies + tomyum paste.

2. Add overnight rice and stir fry.

3. Add oyster sauce + dark soy sauce + light soy sauce, and chicken stock if you want. Season to taste.

4. Garnish with mini fried anchovies and a fried egg.

1. Lightly fry seasoned chicken slices til golden.

2. Fry sliced onions. Add pesto.

3. Mix in al dante tagliatelle and chicken.

1. Pound garlic + chopped basil leaves + salt.

2. Add toasted cashews or pine nuts (or none if you’re making pistou from Provence).

3. Mix with Parmesan. Season to taste. Add olive oil to make it into a paste.

1. Fry chopped shallots + onions til fragrant. Add marinated beef mince.

2. Scoop spoonfuls onto puff pastry. Fold into giant samosa. 

3. Bake.

1. Chop up Napa/Chinese cabbage and soak in salt water for 4 hours.

2. Drain and strain cabbage. Add Korean chilli flake paste (mixture chilli flakes + water), minced garlic, minced ginger, green onions.

3. Add fish sauce (sweeter) or light soy sauce.

4. Add magic potion of blended half apple + half pear + half onion + 1 cup water

5. Mix it up and let it sit for at least 24 hours.

2. Marinate sausages in honey & soy sauce.

3. Stir-fry and season to taste.
