1. Chop up Napa/Chinese cabbage and soak in salt water for 4 hours.
2. Drain and strain cabbage. Add Korean chilli flake paste (mixture chilli flakes + water), minced garlic, minced ginger, green onions.
3. Add fish sauce (sweeter) or light soy sauce.
4. Add magic potion of blended half apple + half pear + half onion + 1 cup water
5. Mix it up and let it sit for at least 24 hours.
